Design a spatial UI system composed of floating layered panels.

Concept:
Cards exist at different depth layers in a virtual room.

Visual System:
- Soft neutral background with ambient gradient
- Semi-transparent layered glass panels
- Realistic soft shadows
- Smooth motion transitions
- Subtle depth-of-field blur
- White and silver color palette

Card Design:
- Large rounded corners (28px)
- Glass blur surface with light noise texture
- Thin soft border
- Minimal typography hierarchy
- Clean iconography

Interaction:
- Scroll shifts camera depth slightly
- Hover gently rotates card in 3D
- Active card floats closer to user

Mood:
VisionOS-style spatial workspace.
Elegant and immersive.
