Letters Never Sent

Design a quiet desk for letters that will never be sent.

Concept:
A slow, melancholic writing space for words you keep instead of send.

Layout / Structure:
- A calm, usable three-column desk — clear and unhurried
- Left: a stack of past unsent letters (a dated list)
- Center: an open sheet of aged paper you write on
- Right: a small panel — today's weather, ink level, a wax seal
- Top bar: the date and a soft section title

Visual System:
- Muted, desaturated autumn palette: dusty rose, burnt sienna, faded sepia, oat, ash-brown
- Aged paper grain, soft vignette, a faint rain-streaked window behind
- Serif and handwritten type, slightly faded ink — NO neon, NO dark void, NO glow, NO bright saturation
- Everything soft-edged, low-contrast, gentle

Interaction:
- Clicking a letter in the stack opens it with a slow, tender fade
- 'Seal & keep' presses a wax seal onto the page (it is never sent)
- Rain drifts slowly down the window; the room stays still

Mood:
Wistful.
Bittersweet.
Quiet.
Tender and slow.
