Design an engineer's blueprint drafting table.

Concept:
A drafting sheet for a whimsical patented contraption, drawn in cyanotype.

Layout / Structure:
- A technical drawing sheet — precise and legible
- Center: the schematic with dimension lines and numbered callouts
- Left: layer toggles (frame, mechanism, dimensions, annotations)
- A title block with patent number, scale, and drafter
- A bill of materials listing the numbered parts

Visual System:
- Cyanotype blueprint: prussian-blue ground with a fine grid, white and pale-cyan linework
- Thin technical strokes, dimension arrows, leader lines, a stencilled title block
- Monospace/drafting type — NO fills, NO color beyond blue/white/cyan, NO glow, NO gradients

Interaction:
- Toggling a layer reveals or hides that set of lines
- Selecting a part from the bill highlights its callout on the drawing
- A drafting stamp marks the sheet APPROVED
